Deze cool climate Chardonnay heeft een traditionele vinificatie ondergaan met vergisting en malolctische vergiting op eikenhouten vaten met een "Sur Lie" rijping. In de geur naast vanille van het hout ook tropisch fruit zoals abrikoos en nectarine. Lekkere vette smaak met wederom hout maar nog meer dan voldoende frisheid.
