Deze Barbera is vergist op roestvrijstalen tanks en vervolgens enkele maanden gerijpt op grote houten foeders van 50Hltr. In de geur lekker fruitige met iets van framboos, blauwe bes en pruim. Licht kruidig. De smaak is zacht, vol en vooral soepel. Een heerlijke Barbera die vraagt om een risotto met paddenstoelen of een licht gerijpte kaas.
