Een echte rariteit, Deze mousserende wijn is gemaakt van het druivenras Nebbiolo door het wijnhuis Travaglini. Dit is het druivenras waar normaliter alleen rode wijnen van worden gemaakt, o.a. Barolo Barbaresco, Gattinara en Ghemme. De wijn heeft een krachtige droge smaak en een verfijnde mousse.

Travaglini makes wine in Gantinara, in northern Piedmont. Nebbiolo is central to the selection. The Riserva gets a long ripening on large wooden barrels and has herbs, dried fruits and a powerful flavor.
