Original notes from Leon Gommers — Dutch
Paars-zwart in het midden met wat violet op de rand. De geur is
compact, met indrukwekkende diepte en achtergrond. Een weelderige
mix van zwarte en rode bessen aroma's vermengd met noten van
donkere chocolade. Krachtige, complexe vruchten is een aura van
balsamico en mintachtige geuren. De geur is verleidelijk. De eerste
indruk in de mond is van zijdeachtige gladheid, flinke tannine met een
levendige zuurgraad die loopt door de wijn heen. De port toont
uithoudings vermogen en diepte, maar is voldoende soepel en expressief om al jong te drinken.
