Deze witte wijn uit de Pays d'Oc is een blend van meerder druivenrassen waarin de Viognier dominant aanwezig is. De wijn is vergist en gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en heeft een volle smaak. Volgens de eigenaar heerlijk bij een risotto met zwarte truffel. een mooi visgerecht of kalfsvlees met een zachte, romige saus kan natuurlijk ook.
