Let op: jaargang op foto wijkt af. Ferreira is het nummer 1 merk op de Portugese thuismarkt. Deze L.B.V. heeft een diepe ondoorzichtige donkerrode kleur. In de geur en smaak een overdaad aan rijp rood zomerfruit en een aangenaam zoet. In de zeer krachtige smaak zijn ook nog duidelijk tannine's aanwezig. Het is de moeite waard om eens enkele flessen van deze port uit het fantastische oogstjaar 2015 enige jaren op te leggen om door te rijpen en zo aan complexiteit te winnen.

Ferreira is a Portuguese port house with in our selection Ruby, White and Late Bottled Vintage. The Ruby is fruity and accessible; at the LBV there is more strength and structure. A nice way to compare different port styles within one house.
