Wat een verrassende witte wijn. waar de meest Soave, bleekgeel, licht en fragiel is, heeft deze Pieve Vecchia een diepe donkergele kleur, veel aroma in de neus en een krachtige, complexe smaak. Deze witte wijn is gemaakt van de druivensoort Garganega en de druiven worden met de hand geplukt. De reden hiervoor is dat éénderde van de druiven vroeg geoogst worden, éénderde als de druiven goed rijp zijn en éénderde als de druiven overrijp zijn. dit te samen met de rijping en vergisting op eikenhouten vaten geven deze wijn zijn zeer speciale karakter. een echte maaltijdwijn.

In 1925 grandfather Amadio pioneered the wine company Fasoli. He was the one who planted vines and made them into a good quality wine. At that time he sold them to the dining venues in cities like Verona, Vicenza and Padova.
