Wat een heerlijke frisse, droge witte wijn is dit. Alles wat je mag verwachten van een Zuid-Afrikaanse Chenin Blanc zit in deze wijn, lekker geurig met iets van venkel en anijs. Door de wat langere rijping op zijn gistcellen en een rijping van 6 maanden op gebruikte eikenhouten vaten heeft deze wijn een vollere smaak. Dat alles tegen een wel zeer schappelijke prijs.

The producer
Waterkloof Estate, Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika
Water Gorge Estate, In 2004 this beautiful wine estate was purchased by Paul Boutinot. Water gorge is located on the Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, only three kilometers away from the ocean. The vineyards for the Water Gorge wines are located on the upper slopes of this domain, 300 meters above sea level.
