Op een proeverij alle Premier Cru en Grand Cru wijnen kunnen proeven van dit kwaliteitshuis. In de Premier Crus viel deze Beauroy mij het meeste op, het is een wat krachtigere, rijpe stijl wijn en iets minder strakdroog. Drink deze wijn het liefst als hij zo'n 5 tot 8 jaar oud is.
