Deze wijn is gemaakt van biologische geteelde druiven, het is een mix van diverse soorten. Het is een Vin Nature waarbij niet of nauwelijks is ingegrepen tijdens de vinificatie en ook is er geen sulfiet aan toegevoegd. De wijn heeft veel body en een krachtige, droge smaak.
