Deze strakdroge witte wijn uit de gemeente Pouilly-Fumé langs de rivier de Loire is gemaakt van het druivenras Sauvignon Blanc. Geurig en smaakvol, heerlijk als aperitief of bij visgerechten (met uitzondering van gerookte zalm, geen goede combi).
