De Clos des Prouges ligt in het centrum van het dorp Fuissé en is iets minder dan 2 hectare groot. De wijnstokken staan op een lichte helling gericht op het oosten. De bodem bestaat uit kalksteenrijke mergel. Een robuuste wiite wijn met een geheel eigen smaak. Tonen van hazelnoot, limoen en bergamot kenmerken deze wijn.

The vineyards of Domaine Ferret cover 18,5 acres around the village of Pouilly-Fuissé. Chardonnay has been planted exclusively. Since 2023, Clément Robinet has been responsible for the wines of this house, which was founded in 1840 and was the first to vignify its wines per vineyard.
