Een klassieke, krachtige Bourgogne.
De 30 tot 60 jaar oude wijnranken bevinden zich op de zuidelijke hellingen van de Corton-heuvel. De bodem bestaat uit een compacte, zware kleibodem op een ondergrond van gravel en kiezels. Deze kleilaag zorgt voor een koele ondergrond van de wijnranken. De wijnranken zijn oostelijk georiënteerd, waardoor de druiven vooral in de ochtend zon krijgen.
Een stevige, complexe wijn, met een delicate neus van zwart fruit, bosgrond en specerijen. De aanzet is verfijnd en fruitig met stevige tannines. Complex en krachtig met een groot rijpingspotentieel!
