Het unieke klimaat rond de Neusiedler See en de diverse, vruchtbare bodems creëren perfecte omstandigheden voor deze biologische Selection Chardonnay. Een druif die je niet direct hier zou verwachten.
Hij is stralend goudgeel, in de neus limoen en wat ananas, in de mond vol en romig en tegelijkertijd zeer fruitig met citrus, mango en wijngaardperzik. In de afdronk is ie harmonieus en uitnodigend om te drinken. De wijn heeft geen houtrijping en blijft fris. Uitstekend als aperitief. Top bij lichte visschotels maar ook bij Aziatisch gerechten.
