Dit is een 100% Chardonnay van oude wijnstokken uit de regio Côte de Blancs. De wijn rijpt minimaal 8 jaar in de kelders van Mandois. Het dégorgement van deze Millesimé vond plaats in oktober 2023. Dit is een rijke, krachtige stijl champagne waarin de lange rijping niet onopgemerkt blijft en zich uit in een brede smaak.

The village Pierry is in the champagne district Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. This is a specific subregion of the Champagne region located directly south of the town of Épernay, positioned between the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. The vineyards of the historic village of Pierry have the status of Prime Minister Cru.
