Sinds de overname in 2009 door de familie Lorenzetti heeft dit château een metamorfose ondergaan, zeer stevige investreingen in kelder en wijngaarden en restauratie van het château zelf. Die investeringen betalen zich nu terug met excellente wijnen in de laatste jaren. Deze Grand Cru Classé is nu nog steeds zeer redelijk geprijsd. De wijn is een blend van de druivenrassen Cabernet Sauvignon (63%), Merlot (27%), Cabernet Franc (7%) en petit Verdot (3%), De wijngaard beslaat 49 hectare en er wordt geheel biologisch gewerkt in de wijngaarden.

Château Pédesclaux, Pauillac
Château Pédesclaux is a fifth Grand Cru Classé from Pauillac. Since the acquisition in 2009, the Lorenzetti family has invested a lot in vineyards and cellar. A château that deserves attention precisely because of that development.
