Wellicht de bekendste wijn uit Libanon. De familie Hochar maakt al lange tijd wijnen met een uitmuntende kwaliteit. Wijnen met een geheel eigen smaak en karakter, komt nog het dichts bij klassieke Bordeaux qua smaak. Serge Hochar is wijnmaker van het jaar geweest bij het toonaangevende Engelse wijntijdschrift Decanter. Een wijn die je minimaal eens gedronken moet hebben.
