Eigenaar Mr. Roumazeilles heeft aan beide kanten van het riviertje Le Ciron in de Barsac een château. Op Grillon maakt hij op traditionele wijze een dessertwijn van Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc en Muscadelle die vergist en rijpt op eikenhouten vaten. Goudgeel van kleur. In de geur en smaak briochedeeg, gekonfijt fruit en pourriture noble. een heerlijk glas tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs
