Alweer een zeer geslaagde jaargang, heerlijke geur van gekonfijt fruit en Pourriture met een elegant zoet. Eigenaar Mr. Roumazeilles heeft aan beide kanten van het riviertje Le Ciron in de Barsac een château. Op Grillon maakt hij op traditionele wijze een dessertwijn van Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc en Muscadelle die vergist en rijpt op eikenhouten vaten. Een heerlijk glas tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs
