Deze witte wijn van Château Fonréaud in Listrac is een blend van 560% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon en 15% Muscadelle. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt en onder gaan een vinificatie en opvoeding op Franse eikenhouten vaten. Tot aan de botteling blijven de wijnen op het houten vat op hun lie ( laag van gistcellen ) rusten om zo aan verfijning en elegantie te winnen. De Muscadelle zorgt voor frisheid en de Sauvignon en de Sémillon zorgen voor rondheid in de smaak.

Château Fonréaud is located in Listrac and also makes a white wine: Le Cygne. Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle are used for this, with manual harvest and an upbringing in the basement. The house next to the red Médoc also shows another side of Bordeaux.
