2013 is geen groots jaar in de Médoc maar toch wist men op château de Pez een mooie wijn te maken. De wijn is sneller op dronk en ook iets lichte van stijl dan gebruikelijk.

The producer
Château de Pez, Saint-Estèphe
Owned by the Rouzaud family. Also owner of Champagne Louis Roederer, Château Pichon Comtesse Lalande, Domaine Ott and the port house Ramos Pintos. In this château and its vineyards a lot of money has been pumped to bring it back to the level where it belongs, right below the great Grand Cru Classé.
