Opmerkelijk voor dit château is het ongebruikelijk hoge percentage Merlot druiven in de blend, opvallend voor de Haut-Médoc. Naast Merlot 75/80% ook Cabernet Sauvignon. Het hoge aandeel Merlot geeft deze wijn een aangename zachte en ronde smaak.
