Deze rode wijn gemaakt van de druivensoort Lagrein heeft een volrode kleur. In de geur rood fruit, kruiden en iets van aarde. In de krachtige smaak, iets van morellen, braam, bes en vanille van het eikenhout waarop deze wijn is gerijpt. Drink deze wijn bij gegrilde vleesgerechten of stevige kazen.
