Dit is een wat aparte blend voor Cairanne van 90% Mourvèdre en 10% Grenache Noir. Geen interventies tijdens het wijnmaken, natuurlijke gisten en geen toegevoegde sulfieten. Het resultaat is een fijne geur, met rood fruit en iets stinkerigs van de Mourvèdre, een goed gals wijn met zijn eigen smaak.
