La Marciana... komt deze wijn van Mars? Dat niet, maar wel een biodynamisch ongefilterde moderne Rioja met rijp fruit en elegante kruidigheid. De houtrijping is prachtig gedoseerd. Heerlijk!
Alma de la Marciana tinto is een moderne, levendige Rioja die traditie en frisheid prachtig verenigt. Gemaakt van biologisch dynamisch geteelde Grenache, Tempranillo en beetje Graciano, toont de wijn aroma’s van rijpe kersen, bramen en subtiele vanille, ondersteund door elegante kruidigheid van de 12 maanden houtlagering. In de mond soepel, rond en toch energiek, met zachte tannines en een verfijnde balans tussen fruit en structuur.
Deze Rioja schittert niet alleen bij klassiekers zoals lamsrack, maar verrast juist bij een romige paddenstoelenrisotto — waar zijn diepte en sappigheid perfect tot hun recht komen. Een toegankelijke én karaktervolle wijn met moderne finesse.
