Deze rode dessertwijn komt uit de streek Valencia, de wijngaarden liggen op een hoogte van 500 meter en zijn beplant met "Monastrell (Mourvèdre). De wijn heeft een diep donkerrode/paarse kleur. In de geur en smaak een overvloed aan gerijpt rood zomerfruit en iets van chocolade. Heerlijk bij desserts op basis van fruit (marineer je fruit in een scheutje van deze wijn, heerlijk om te serveren bij vanille-ijs), chocolade of gebak.
