Deze medium sherry is gemaakt op basis van Olorosso met een kleine toevoeging van Pedro Ximenez. De wijn heeft gerijpt op Amerikaanse eikenhouten van in de kelders in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Een volle zachte smaak met een aangenaam licht zoet. Drink deze sherry als aperitief of bij zachte kazen of lever.
