Deze natuurwijn is gemaakt met minimale interventietijdens het wijnmaken, daarna een rijping op amphoren en ongefilterd gebotteld. Een Clarete is een lichter type rode wijn, zeg maar tussen een rosé en een rode wijn in.

The producer
Azul y Garanza, Bodegas (biologisch), Navarra-Montsant-Jumilla
The very young puppies Maria Barrena and Dani Sánchez Nogué took over the vineyards of Mary's father in 2000. In addition, they bought the old bodega from the cooperative. Both oenologists have chosen for organic viticulture.
