Deze "Orange wine" is gemaakt met zomin mogelijk interventie. De Biologische geteelde Garnacha Blanca druiven zijn vergist engerijpt op aardewerk amphoren. De wijn heeft een laag alcohol percentage van 11.5%. de wijn heeft een intense geel-oranje kleur en kan iets troebel zijn omdat de wijn ongefilterd op fles is gegaan. Salvaje betekent "wilde natuurwijn" maar deze wijn is zeer geslaagd en zeker geen wild avontuur om te drinken eerrder een avontuurlijke wijn om intens van te genieten.

The producer
Azul y Garanza, Bodegas (biologisch), Navarra-Montsant-Jumilla
The very young puppies Maria Barrena and Dani Sánchez Nogué took over the vineyards of Mary's father in 2000. In addition, they bought the old bodega from the cooperative. Both oenologists have chosen for organic viticulture.
