Een hele rijke en eerlijke Chenin Blanc. Veel fruit in de geur zoals kruisbes, kweepeer en perzik. De smaak heeft hetzelfde fruitige karakter, maar is ook bijzonder ziltig. Een harmonieus samenspel met een mooie mineraliteit die deze wijn zijn naam geeft.
