Deze rode wijn is gemaakt van 65% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot en 15% lokale druivenrassen. De wijn heeft een krachtige, kruidige smaak met tonen van tabak en cacao . De tanine's zijn duidelijk aanwezig. Dit maakt de wijn zeer geschikt om te drinken bij Geroosterde vleesgerechten of rijpe kazen.
