Gemaakt van de druivensoort Spätburgunder ( Pinot Noir ) warvan Achim Martin alleen het sap heeft laten vergisten zonder de schilletjes van de druif. Het resultaat, een heerlijke frisse witte wijn met body. Lekker als aperitief of bij vis in een roomsaus.

Anke and Achim Martin took over the company some years ago from Achim's parents. Since then Achim has waved the scepter and the company has started to focus on making high quality wines, but still very affordable.
