Heerlijke frisse, droge witte Dâo gemaakt van de druivensoort Encruzado. deze druivensoort wordt gezien als de beste druivensoort voor de productie van witte Dâo wijnen. Een gedeelte van de druiven is op houten vaten vergist en gerijpt om de wijn meer complexiteit te geven.
