Intens diep paarsrood. In de geur en smaak veel rood zomerfruit zoals blauwe bes, bosbes, braam en pruim naast iets van peper en kruidigheid. Het geheel ondersteund door de zachte vanillesmaak van de rijping van 12 maanden op Franse eikenhouten vaten. Een genot bij een mooi stuk gegrild vlees.
