Deze wijn is speciaal op fles gebracht door Andrew en Marieke ter gelegenheid van de geboorte van hun dochter Ella-Maria. Tamãhine, vertaal je als dochter in de Mãori taal. Het is een speciale selectie van Sauvignon Blanc druiven uit de Rapaura wijngaard. De wijn is vergist en voor negen maanden gerijpt op Franse eikenhouten vaten ( 25% nieuw) waarbij de Lie regelmatig is omgeroerd. Het resultaat, een prachtige wijn met in de geur en smaak rijpe zuren, exotisch fruit, geroosterde ananas en kruisbes. Een lichte kruidigheid en de subtiele aanwezigheid van het hout.
