De Chardonnay druiven uit de Rapaura wijngaard worden in de zeer goede jaren gebruikt om de "Landmark" Chardonnay mee te maken. De wijn is vergist en gerijpt op Franse eikenhouten vaten. In de geur en smaak abrikoos, nectarine, peer en de zachte vanille tonen van het hout.
