Deze op port gelijkende wijn word gemaakt van verschillende oude wijnen van De Bortoli. De wijnen worden versterkt met wijnalcohol tot 18.5 graden alcohol rijpt als geheel nog zo'n 8 jaar verder op kleine eikenhouten vaten en grote eikenhouten foeders. De wijn heeft een rijke, zachte smaak met houttonen, cacao, koffie en amandelen. Drink deze versterkte wijn bij een kaasplateau.
