Château des Adouzes, Faugères

The village of Roquessels falls under the appellation Faugères. Together with Fitou and Saint-Chinian this is one of the three cru's in the Languedoc region.  On a rocky bottom / schistes  the grapes of this château grow. the main grape varieties are Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Owner & nbsp; Jean-Claude Estève makes good, very affordable wines.
